Real Estate Analyst

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin Corporate location, with potential future opportunities in Washington, DC, Atlanta, Dallas, Newport Beach, and San Francisco. Some travel is required.

hirify.global Real Estate leads property investments for hirify.global Life Insurance Company and manages a diversified commercial real estate portfolio across major U.S. markets and property types.

What you will do

• Provide financial modeling and analytical support for underwriting, portfolio management, loan and equity production, asset management, and real estate services.
• Prepare internal presentations and memoranda for investment selection and approval.
• Complete special projects across the real estate portfolio.
• Analyze mortgage loans, property equity investments, and real estate fund investments.
• Travel as required for the role.

Requirements

• Complete a bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Have work or classroom experience in real estate valuation, finance, accounting, property-level due diligence, real estate law, or construction.
• Have a real estate internship or relevant project experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
• Employer immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Argus or other discounted cash flow modeling software.
• Interest in pursuing a master's degree, MBA, JD, or another relevant graduate degree.
