Senior Operations Program Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead Operations activities across new product development and introduction programs from inception through product launch.
• Coordinate Operations functions including production, sourcing, planning, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, warehousing, and customer service.
• Manage multiple technology products from concept through release, tracking milestones, budget, performance requirements, and operational risks.
• Drive design for manufacturability, testability, serviceability, and operational efficiency with engineering and product teams.
• Identify, vet, negotiate with, and manage suppliers, external manufacturers, and development partners.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and mitigation plans while building consensus across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of combined experience in Operations, Engineering, and/or Program Management.
• Experience developing, producing, or supporting electronic or electromechanical products, subassemblies, and components.
• Broad knowledge of planning, supply chain, PCBA and product assembly, quality, warehousing, distribution, customer care, and reverse logistics.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and material planning, plus familiarity with Lean Six Sigma manufacturing principles.
• Strong decision-making, consensus-building, conflict-resolution, executive communication, and change-management skills without direct positional authority.
