Senior Director, Global Partner Strategy, Programs & Operations (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel to Manila, Philippines twice per year and to other locations four times per year.

Salary: $189,000–$332,400 per year, with potential commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of global partner strategy, tiering, segmentation, engagement models, incentives, and annual coverage and quota processes.
• Translate strategic objectives into execution roadmaps, monitor partner KPIs, and drive compliance, competency, and tier-maintenance requirements.
• Develop scalable rebate, SPIFF, and performance incentive programs using ROI, cost-to-serve, feasibility, and partner performance analysis.
• Lead and develop global partner strategy, programs, operations, and virtual partner support and sales teams in Manila.
• Advise executive stakeholders and align Sales, Marketing, Finance, Services, IT, Revenue Intelligence, and Operations around partner initiatives.
• Oversee the partner portal strategy, partner technology stack, AI-powered features, dashboards, and self-service capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in channel partner operations, program design, and strategy within complex enterprise technology organizations.
• Experience designing, executing, and scaling global partner programs, including tiering, incentives, enablement, and business planning.
• Strong financial and analytical fluency, including incentive ROI modeling, business case analysis, and data-driven prioritization.
• Experience building high-performing global teams, leading experienced subject-matter experts, and operating in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience presenting independently to senior and C-level leadership, securing cross-functional buy-in, and managing ambiguity and change.

• Marketplace and co-sell experience with AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud.
• Functional familiarity with Partner Stack and Salesforce.
