AWS GenAI Transformation Executive / Program Director

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $150,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the strategic leader for the AWS Launchpad engagement and build trusted-advisor relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Lead governance, steering committees, program reviews, roadmap alignment, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and delivery success.
• Align AWS GenAI investments with business outcomes and enterprise transformation objectives.
• Industrialize Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore capabilities through reusable patterns, deployment frameworks, operating models, and adoption standards.
• Drive enterprise enablement, onboarding, platform standardization, and the transition of AI pilots into production-grade platforms.
• Lead global cross-functional teams of architects, DevOps engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders while defining KPIs and value-realization frameworks.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in program management, transformation, cloud, or technology leadership.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Launchpad, Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and AWS Cloud Services.
• Experience leading large-scale cloud and AI transformation programs and managing executive stakeholders.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, risk management, benefits management, project planning, and stakeholder management.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• AWS Cloud Architecture, AI/ML Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and platform automation experience.
• Enterprise Integration Architecture experience and knowledge of RAG, Knowledge Bases, AI Agents, and agentic workflows.
• Experience with strategic account management, business consulting, organizational change management, and financial or commercial leadership.
• Experience defining GenAI KPIs, adoption metrics, and value-realization frameworks.
