Formation Operator - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Bennington, VT, United States of America; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $20–$22 per hour. The posting also lists a pay range of $19–$21.

What you will do

• Prepare chemical materials used in the manufacturing process.
• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines and equipment according to process specifications.
• Immerse parts in solution tanks for prescribed cycles and remove them upon completion.
• Read meters, perform mathematical calculations, and follow detailed instructions.
• Perform precise machine changeovers and setups.
• Visually inspect parts, record lot data, and communicate process issues to engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Follow company quality and safety requirements.
• Wear required personal protective equipment.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements, including U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees.
• Ability to work in an environment with occasional exposure to dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals within applicable safety limits.
