TL;DR
Test Operator- temp (Electrical Testing/Manufacturing): Testing, inspecting, transferring, and preparing capacitor parts for production in Bennington, Vermont with an accent on electrical testing, visual inspection, and oven-based test-board handling. Focus on verifying test screens, loading and unloading test boards, and following written and verbal instructions accurately.
Location: Bennington, Vermont, United States; onsite work across three shifts. The position is open only to applicants who qualify as U.S. Persons under applicable export-control regulations.
Pay: $16–$17 per hour

manufactures discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components, including wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors for automotive, industrial, computing, consumer, telecommunications, military, aerospace, and medical applications.
What you will do
- Electrically test capacitor parts.
- Visually inspect parts and transfer them through the testing process.
- Rack parts onto test boards.
- Verify testing screens and results.
- Load and unload test boards in an oven.
Requirements
- Read and understand written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrate good communication and math skills.
- Qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements.
