Salary: $65,120–$95,348 per year

What you will do

• Support monthly forecasting, annual planning, and the three-year strategic financial plan for assigned functional areas.
• Prepare monthly financial reports comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Analyze financial results and trends to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Prepare presentations and participate in monthly business review meetings.
• Develop and manage dashboards and scorecards for monitoring business performance.
• Respond to ad hoc management requests and identify reporting inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, financial planning, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, self-management, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Workday or Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, or business intelligence products.
• Familiarity with agentic AI tools and natural-language data query platforms.
