Location: Memphis, Tennessee, and Southaven, Mississippi; travel to other project sites is required

What you will do
- Design, construct, commission, operate, and maintain critical facilities and HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Coordinate site development and capital projects across multiple disciplines, schedules, budgets, specifications, and close-out activities.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, including requests for proposals, supplier selection, construction contracts, and negotiations.
- Oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, high-power, crane, lighting, security, fire protection, and other facility systems.
- Develop cost estimates, material requisitions, plans, technical specifications, and fabrication drawings.
- Respond to facility emergencies and manage readiness procedures for hurricanes and environmental threats.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in facilities engineering and/or construction.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Experience with facility maintenance or construction involving electrical, HVAC, structural, or civil systems.
- Ability to read, review, and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Valid driver's license and availability for extended hours and weekends are required.
Nice to have
- Experience producing AutoCAD drawings for welders and machine-shop fabrication.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments and operating lifts, forklifts, and cranes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
