What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality 2D and 3D drawing packages including piping layouts, P&IDs, and flow diagrams.
• Perform rigorous model reviews using Navisworks to identify and resolve spatial conflicts.
• Conduct regular site walks to verify field measurements and ensure design alignment.
• Act as the primary design representative for mechanical systems during construction.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior design staff.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and construction trades to build utility requirement packages.

Requirements

• 5–15 years of progressive CAD drafting and mechanical design experience in an industrial environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Extensive experience with model review in Navisworks.
• Thorough understanding of process piping and mechanical utility systems.
• Physical ability to navigate active construction sites, including climbing ladders and working on catwalks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
