Senior SAP Security & GRC Engineer (SAP)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and maintain SAP authorization concepts and role structures for S/4HANA, ECC, and Fiori applications.
• Configure and operate SAP GRC Access Control, including ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM, rulesets, mitigating controls, and emergency access.
• Perform segregation-of-duties analysis and remediation with business process owners and internal audit.
• Configure GRC provisioning workflows and integrations with IDM/IAM platforms.
• Secure Fiori, SAP BTP, and cloud applications using XSUAA, IAS, and IPS.
• Support SOX, GxP, and PCI audits, security remediation, documentation, monitoring, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least five years of SAP Security/GRC experience in enterprise landscapes.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP authorization concepts, role design, and SAP GRC Access Control.
• Experience securing Fiori, BTP, and cloud SAP applications, plus familiarity with SAP IDM or third-party IGA tools.
• Experience supporting audits, remediation activities, technical documentation, and regulatory frameworks including SOX, GxP, and PCI.
