Marketing Operations Manager

Location: Broomfield, Colorado, United States

Annual base salary: USD 104,100–166,500, plus a discretionary annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Own the IMS portion of the marketing automation platforms and integrations with the wider technology stack.
• Produce campaign elements for events, webinars, gated content, customer newsletters, and internal communications.
• Perform quality assurance, peer reviews, stakeholder approvals, and publication of finalized campaign assets.
• Manage agency relationships with marketing platform vendors and project-manage outsourced work.
• Clean and import contact lists from content syndication and event sources.
• Present monthly reports covering webinar results, email metrics, and asset views and downloads, and manage lead routing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience, or a master's degree and 6+ years of related experience.
• Role location: Broomfield, Colorado, United States.
