Strategic Project Lead - Finance (AI)

What you will do

• Own the success of frontier financial AI pilots and turn emerging use cases into validated programs.
• Assess financial quality, feasibility, cost, and dataset fitness for model training and evaluation.
• Shape the use of market data, financial statements, filings, disclosures, and quantitative and risk models.
• Convert pilots into scalable projects with defined workflows, expert requirements, and quality standards.
• Work with researchers and global delivery teams to execute finance-focused AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong background in finance, financial engineering, economics, or accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience leading complex projects, operational workflows, or finance initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of financial data, markets, accounting, or modeling.
• Ability to assess whether a dataset is fit for purpose.
• Comfort working at pace in a high-intensity environment with an entrepreneurial approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or ML companies, AI labs, or data annotation and evaluation projects.
• Experience managing finance-focused, technical, or data-intensive projects.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, AI training workflows, model evaluation, or human-in-the-loop operations.
