Costing & Data Associate Make an impact

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work

Base salary: €1,400–€2,300 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Own data integrity, validation, and maintenance for costing models supporting insurance products.
• Prepare reports and insights to support underwriters’ business decisions.
• Identify process improvements by applying Gen AI capabilities and technology awareness.
• Support the implementation of new projects and approaches as business needs evolve.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and methodologies.
• Perform quality control against data quality standards and protocols.

Requirements

• University degree; the position is suitable for fresh graduates.
• Advanced English proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Logical thinking, document review and validation skills, data manipulation ability, and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Gen AI tools and general technology awareness.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the reinsurance or insurance business.
• Additional European language.
• Project management experience or willingness to participate in future projects.
