IT Support Specialist (AI)

Location: San Francisco headquarters, 5 days per week in-office; occasional work from home and potential travel to other office locations.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD annually for San Francisco-based workers, plus eligibility for the company-wide bonus program.

What you will do

• Resolve employee tickets through the help desk using AI-powered support tooling for triage and troubleshooting.
• Document recurring issues, fixes, and processes to expand the internal knowledge base.
• Own audio-visual setup and support for all-hands meetings, company events, and conference rooms.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues across macOS devices, peripherals, and office technology.
• Partner with Workplace Experience on site builds, equipment ordering and provisioning, and end-to-end office setup.
• Support new-hire cohorts, maintain hardware and software inventory, and escalate complex issues through resolution.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with help desk ticketing systems.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to work efficiently.
• Familiarity with audiovisual setups for meetings, presentations, and large events.
• Comfort troubleshooting macOS environments and provisioning hardware and accounts for new hires.
• Ability to perform physical in-office work, set up desks and equipment, stand up new office spaces, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Availability to work full-time from the San Francisco headquarters.
