Registered Nurse (Ambulatory)- Cardiology Consultants - Full Time (32-40 hours per week)

What you will do

• Deliver nursing care to ambulatory cardiology patients and families with basic to complex needs.
• Create a therapeutic, caring environment and involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicate care plans with patients, families, and colleagues to support continuity across shifts and settings.
• Apply evidence-based practice and national and specialty standards to guide clinical care.
• Use clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills to provide competent care and identify improvement opportunities.
• Embrace and promote changes that improve patient outcomes and professional practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS qualification must be obtained during orientation and maintained throughout employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• ACLS preferred.
