RN Clinical Nurse Manager- FULLER- Full Time

What you will do

• Share department leadership with a co-manager and maintain accountability for daily clinical, operational, human resources, and financial management.
• Oversee care delivery for a 55–60-bed post-surgical and trauma unit serving adult post-surgical, telemetry, stroke, and general medical patients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, state statutes, health system policies, and nursing practice standards.
• Develop educational programs, support evidence-based practice, and promote staff learning, professional growth, accountability, and autonomy.
• Manage staffing levels, performance expectations, hiring activities, employee development, retention initiatives, and shared governance participation.
• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, productivity, financial reports, FTE levels, and payroll.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN required.
• At least three years of recent clinical nursing experience; previous management or leadership experience is preferred.
• Current New Hampshire or multistate Registered Nurse licensure required.
• BLS life support authorization required within six months of hire.
• Ability to apply evidence-based nursing practices, facilitate patient decision-making, complete clinical competencies, and support professional certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new or upgraded health system systems.

• Professional specialty certification.
• Previous management or leadership experience.
