RN Resource Nurse Ambulatory - Manchester Urology (Dover & Portsmouth) - Full Time

Location: Dover, New Hampshire; assigned to Manchester Urology in Dover and Portsmouth. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Compensation: $10,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Provide direct patient care and clinical support while assuming a partial patient assignment.
• Serve as the first-line clinical resource for staff on the assigned unit and shift.
• Oversee shift operations, including patient flow, unit tasks, interdisciplinary collaboration, issue resolution, and occurrence reporting.
• Coach, mentor, and support new clinical staff and communicate performance information to the Practice Manager.
• Address immediate staffing, scheduling, disciplinary, management, and operational issues when the Practice Manager is absent.
• Support shared governance and quality improvement outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN required, or active enrollment in a BSN program; eligibility is removed if the program is terminated without degree completion.
• At least two years of current acute-care nursing experience with proficient, in-depth clinical knowledge.
• Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire required.
• Life-support authorization such as BLS or ACLS appropriate to the patient population required.
• Specialty certification required within six months of eligibility.
