Production Associate (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, United States; on-site, first shift Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Read job orders, work instructions, and customer specifications accurately.
• Set up and operate production machinery according to department processes and job requirements.
• Inspect products, verify procedures, and maintain a quality-centered production process.
• Record defects and quality data in electronic systems, escalating issues to production, management, or engineering.
• Follow EHS, PPE, chemical-handling, hazardous-waste, and accident-reporting procedures.
• Cross-train on equipment and operations in other departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English communication, reading, and writing skills required to perform the job.
• Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including electronic record updates and data entry.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and independently push, pull, or lift 25–50 pounds.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

Nice to have

• One to two years of manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends when necessary.
