Production Specialist - Initial Test (1st Shift) (Electronics Manufacturing)

Location: Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Starting pay: $18 per hour

What you will do

• Set up and assemble crystal oscillators and related electronic components.
• Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures through assembly and testing.
• Use microscopes, small hand tools, soldering equipment, and epoxy-dispensing processes.
• Set up and operate test equipment and automated machinery to verify product performance.
• Inspect components, identify defects, and record test results in computer systems and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area and collaborate with experienced operators to resolve routine issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to learn manufacturing and testing processes and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer, math, and reading comprehension skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; safety-minded and dependable.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status is required under U.S. export control regulations.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Electronic assembly or testing experience.
• Experience with microscopes, soldering irons, small hand tools, computers, or test equipment.
