Production Assembler - Lewiston, ID (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Lewiston, Idaho, United States. Most available positions are on the swing shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM; third shift runs Monday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Salary: $26 per hour starting wage. The swing shift includes an additional $5 per hour differential, and the third shift includes an additional $10 per hour differential.

What you will do

• Follow detailed work instructions for assembly and other production duties.
• Operate machinery, package products, build products, and perform soldering.
• Follow all safety policies and apply manufacturing principles.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Build positive and effective working relationships with coworkers.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and become proficient in basic electronic production processes.
• Ability to listen to, understand, and follow technical instructions.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills in English.
• Ability to learn new skills, assume new responsibilities, and work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 40 pounds frequently and sit or stand for at least 8 hours.
• Correctable vision of 20/30 or better, color differentiation, and sufficient fine-finger dexterity for precise part handling.
