Scrum Master (IT Projects Mgr.) (Agile delivery): Supporting technology initiatives and moderately complex projects through Scrum ceremonies, team coaching, and delivery governance with an accent on stakeholder collaboration, impediment removal, and continuous improvement. Focus on maintaining healthy backlogs, improving delivery predictability, managing risks and dependencies, and using AI technologies such as Cursor, CoPilot, and MCP to drive efficiency.

What you will do
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach Scrum Teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Owners on backlog health and release planning.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, timelines, delivery commitments, and success metrics.
- Remove impediments and coordinate scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
- Support organizational change, stakeholder engagement, process adoption, productivity, delivery predictability, and product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or in a similar role supporting technology teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms, plus AI technologies including Cursor, CoPilot, and MCP.
Nice to have
- Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
- Experience with enterprise technology projects, digital transformation, SDLC practices, and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience working in global and matrixed environments.
