Project Lead GTMC North America (Healthcare)

Location: Bogota, Colombia; hybrid with up to 50% remote work

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects and transformation initiatives across North America.
• Establish governance frameworks, project plans, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking processes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to execute business priorities and leadership initiatives.
• Analyze business data and turn insights into actionable recommendations and executive presentations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, drive corrective actions, and ensure alignment across functions, teams, and geographies.
• Support continuous improvement and the adoption of digital and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management, PMO, strategy, operations, consulting, or transformation roles in complex business environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through effective planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, plus experience with project management tools such as Jira.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and work independently.
• English at C1 level is required.
