What you will do

• Perform intermediate-level engineering assignments and extensive technical analysis.
• Analyze systems, component equipment, and business processes, recommending enhancements where appropriate.
• Coordinate routine engineering activities, project inputs, cost forecasts, budgets, and schedules.
• Use CPM, PERT, flow charts, and other planning techniques to support projects and initiate corrective action.
• Prepare, review, and present technical reports, improvement requisitions, studies, and analyses.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, build consensus, resolve conflicts, and provide training and guidance to lower-level employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program and at least two years of related engineering experience.
• A master’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program may qualify candidates for entry at this level.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology is acceptable with a certified Professional Engineering license.
• A non-ABET bachelor’s degree in engineering is acceptable with a master’s degree or PhD in engineering from a university with an ABET-accredited bachelor’s program.
• Ability to apply engineering theory, analytical techniques, economic analysis, budgeting, and planning methods to moderately complex assignments.
