Asset Management Technology Intern – Data Enablement

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; in-office collaboration at least four days per week, with up to one day per week working from home.

Base pay: $35.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Define business requirements and contribute to technology solutions for the Asset Management Technology Data Enablement team.
• Develop, document, test, and modify new or existing code.
• Build working knowledge of company systems, processes, data, applications, and vendor tools.
• Apply standard software development lifecycle techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Participate in Agile team ceremonies and present internship accomplishments to Technology leadership.

Requirements

• Current junior at a four-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, Computer Information Science, Information Technology Infrastructure, or a related technical field.
• Expected graduation in December 2027 or May/June 2028.
• Interest in gaining broad Technology experience and ability to learn new programming languages.
• Strong organization, time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

• Prior classroom, project, or work experience with software development, programming, or coding.
• Strong self-motivation, integrity, ethics, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
