Business Insights & Analytics Leadership Development Program (BI&A LDP) Intern

Location: Hartford, CT or St. Paul, MN; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States

Salary: $28.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Complete real project work aligned with active business needs across analytics functions.
• Participate in technical training led by full-time BI&ALDP participants.
• Use modern analytical and AI tools while evaluating the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs.
• Receive formal performance reviews and gain leadership exposure through enterprise events and community outreach.
• Develop and present analytics solutions in a collaborative capstone project.
• Become eligible to interview for a full-time BI&ALDP position based on internship performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed or in progress is required.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in a STEM-related discipline is preferred.
• Understanding of data warehouses and ETL, with Python, SQL, and/or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of data lakes and/or experience with Databricks.
• Exposure to dashboards, scorecards, or descriptive reporting tools.
• Familiarity with multidimensional data, cloud-enabled analytical programming languages, and agile workflows.

Nice to have

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
