What you will do

• Learn development tools, programming concepts, and software development best practices with mentor guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and mentors across the software development lifecycle.
• Complete simple coding tasks and contribute to design discussions.
• Document, implement, and test high-quality features with peer and mentor assistance.
• Participate constructively in code reviews and submit code for review.
• Learn the team's business domain, initially mastering the basics within one month.

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic programming skills in Java.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
