Summer 2027 Internship Program - Kearney Technology Group Internship (Data Analytics)

Location: Hybrid in Alexandria, Virginia, with remote work available for interns living in other areas and travel to headquarters during the in-person week; assignments may require travel throughout the United States and the DC metropolitan area.

Salary: $18–$28 per hour, plus overtime for hours worked over 40 per week.

Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services, with an exclusive focus on government clients.

What you will do

• Work with audit teams to apply data analytics and improve audit efficiency and quality.
• Support financial and operational management and data analytics processes.
• Collaborate with federal client teams, depending on the assignment.
• Help establish and build strong client relationships.
• Participate in an intern-led company-wide community service project.

Requirements

• Currently be a sophomore, junior, or fifth-year senior pursuing a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, or a related IT field.
• Be able to obtain and maintain an interim U.S. Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be available for the eight-week program starting in June, working full time Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
