2027 Early Careers: Summer Intern, Data Office (Insurance)

Location: In-person in Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Parsippany, NJ; Jersey City, NJ; or New York, NY. Interns must work in the office at least four days per week.

Hourly pay: $34.04–$41.82.

What you will do

• Support transformational Data Office services that drive business outcomes across hirify.global.
• Help curate data and enable analytics capabilities throughout the organization.
• Work on dynamic projects with business leaders and gain hands-on insurance industry experience.
• Participate in instructor-led masterclasses, mentoring circles, networking events, and volunteering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM major, or with STEM coursework, expected no later than June 2028.
• Relevant fields include Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Library Science, Geography, and Psychology.
• Availability for the complete program from June 7 through August 6, 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Unofficial transcript required with the application.
