What you will do

• Support the accuracy, reliability, maintenance, and enhancement of business-rule-driven calculator solutions used in customer-facing and internal applications.
• Identify business system requirements and develop or evaluate application solutions for assigned business needs.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and compliance requirements for calculator maintenance and enhancements.
• Manage calculator enhancement backlogs, defects, support issues, dependencies, decisions, and resolution communications.
• Coordinate change control, testing, documentation, compliance reviews, audits, and validation of calculation rules, fees, rates, and disclosures.
• Provide customer training and functional support by investigating reported issues, reproducing problems, and coordinating resolution with relevant teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, finance, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of directly related experience in business analysis, product operations, application support, product management support, compliance support, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and issue-investigation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, relational databases, system integrations, and supporting technologies.
• Standard Microsoft Office skills and willingness to work outside normal hours when business needs require it.

Nice to have

• Experience in title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of title and escrow calculations, fees, rates, disclosures, or settlement processes.
• Experience with calculation engines, pricing tools, fee calculators, or rules-based systems.
• Experience with Agile practices and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ServiceFirst, compliance controls, audits, or regulatory change management.
