Technician III, Production (Aerospace)

Location: Dallas, Texas; on-site

Salary: $24–$37 per hour, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for regular full-time employees.

What you will do

• Assemble, test, and configure UAVs, avionics, ground control stations, ground support equipment, ground data terminals, and electronics.
• Troubleshoot systems, replace components, perform testing, and maintain technical documentation using approved procedures.
• Trim, paint, and complete bodywork on UAV components, including composite repairs and modifications.
• Assemble, test, and support engine ground runs and break-ins.
• Interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, work instructions, and fabrication manuals.
• Coordinate with other team members to support on-time aircraft delivery.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of relevant aircraft production or manufacturing experience, including composite layup, avionics fabrication or installation, or aircraft final assembly.
• 6–12 months of experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with departmental personnel and customers.
• Ability to work hands-on in a quality-focused production environment and safely handle hazardous materials, chemicals, and tools.
• Offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check.

• Time management, organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft software and production-related applications.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a continually changing production environment.
