Automation Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, associated with Louisville, KY, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $80,900–$110,300 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Identify and implement hardware and software solutions to improve automation infrastructure.
• Design, program, simulate, and test automated processes.
• Develop detailed design specifications and related technical documentation.
• Test multi-tier enterprise web applications and backend systems.
• Perform black-box testing and web-service integration testing.
• Make independent decisions about work methods while following established procedures and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 4 years of technical experience related to automation.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Claude Code.
• Experience with software QA testing for multi-tier enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience with black-box, web-service integration, and server backend testing.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space with reliable internet of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload while protecting member PHI and HIPAA information.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science.
