What you will do

• Assemble, test, and configure UAVs, avionics, ground control stations, ground support equipment, ground data terminals, and electronics.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems, remove and replace components, and complete testing and documentation using approved procedures and technical publications.
• Trim, paint, and perform bodywork on UAV components, including composite repairs and modifications.
• Assemble, test, and support engine ground runs and break-ins.
• Interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, work instructions, and fabrication manuals.
• Coordinate with other team members to support on-time aircraft delivery.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant aircraft production or manufacturing experience, including composite layup, avionics fabrication or installation, final assembly, or ground support.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with departmental personnel and customers.
• Ability to work safely with hazardous materials, chemicals, tools, and production equipment.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing production environment.

Nice to have

• Time management, organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft software and production-related applications.
• A continuous improvement mindset and attention to quality.
