Sr Manager, Salvagnini Programming (Manufacturing)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; all tasks are performed on-site in office and manufacturing environments.

Salary: $89,458–$121,031 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of manufacturing programs for automated production equipment and fabrication processes.
• Establish programming standards, procedures, documentation, work instructions, and revision controls.
• Partner with engineering, production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and information systems teams on manufacturability, process improvements, and new product introductions.
• Analyze operational performance to improve throughput, cycle times, material utilization, product quality, and production efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions for programming, production, and process performance issues.
• Manage departmental goals, budgets, staffing plans, priorities, project timelines, and direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing programming, fabrication processes, automated production systems, or manufacturing operations, including 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing programming, automated production systems, fabrication processes, process optimization, workflow analysis, and material utilization.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, quality systems, production planning, scheduling, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, decision-making, and technical team leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or related manufacturing certifications.
• Experience with automated fabrication, sheet metal manufacturing, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
