Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Design impactful experiences for web professionals and agencies.
• Lead complex product design work from problem framing and idea validation through delivery.
• Translate customer needs, business goals, and emerging AI capabilities into clear product solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Content to move from insight to launch.
• Improve the design system, design processes, and overall product quality while providing thoughtful feedback.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing successful digital B2B or B2B2C SaaS products in fast-moving product teams.
• Exceptional UX and UI craft with a portfolio demonstrating meaningful product impact.
• Experience owning ambiguous, complex flows from discovery through delivery.
• Advanced Figma experience and hands-on experience building, evolving, or maintaining a design system.
• Strong technical understanding and close collaboration with engineering and product management.
• Clear communication, strong product thinking, and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Practical experience designing AI-powered products or a deep understanding of how AI changes user experiences and product workflows.
