Operations Support (Manufacturing)

Location: Cedar Creek, Texas, United States; onsite, 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:15 PM–11:45 PM. Overtime may be required, and initial training may take place during the day shift.

Salary: $22.42–$35.04 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

hirify.global develops and manufactures scientific and laboratory technologies, with this role supporting the Magnis Packaging and Process/Production teams.

What you will do

• Receive and process production jobs from the warehouse.
• Manually pack components into sub-kits and final kits, seal containers, and assemble kit boxes.
• Verify label accuracy and operate semi-automated labeling and laser scribing equipment.
• Handle materials requiring room-temperature, −20°C, −80°C, and dry-ice conditions while monitoring temperature control.
• Assist with fabrication, assembly, testing, and liquid handling procedures.
• Maintain production records, inventories, organization, housekeeping, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Some higher education, specialized training or certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be required.
• Ability to wear required safety equipment and work with temperature-controlled materials.
• Ability to work onsite in Cedar Creek, Texas, on the 2nd shift.

Nice to have

• At least one year of relevant experience with liquid-handling automation.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement practices.
