Cell Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Faribault, MN, United States. Full-time onsite role on the second shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm.

Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour second-shift premium.

What you will do

• Load and unload materials using forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
• Set up and program equipment according to the daily production schedule.
• Track work-center data using computer systems and communication boards.
• Train and coach work-center employees using standard operating procedures.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, 6S, and housekeeping standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate support with shift leadership and other resources.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using powered industrial equipment, including forklifts.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift objects weighing less than 50 pounds, frequently walk or stand, and perform bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, and pulling.
• Two years of manufacturing experience are preferred.
