Blackstone Credit & Insurance - Forecasting and Fund Modeling, Vice President (Private Credit)

Location: New York, United States; onsite

Expected annual base salary: $150,000–$250,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance BXCI operating and fund models used for firm forecasts, projections, and product-level cash-flow modeling.
• Work with the investment team on fund model updates, portfolio management reporting, and ad hoc requests.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual materials on BXCI financial results for Senior Leadership.
• Assist with the AUM reporting process and prepare ad hoc financial analyses.
• Liaise with Investor Relations on new product development and support technology initiatives.
• Contribute to special finance projects based on Senior Leadership priorities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree; a degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Exceptionally strong financial modeling skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with sound judgment, integrity, and a collaborative approach.
• Prior investment banking, FP&A, or private credit experience is preferred.
