Sr. Software Engineer (Python)

What you will do

• Lead the design of complex software features and build scalable, effective, and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with solution managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze complex technical problems, identify bottlenecks, and document solutions that improve system performance.
• Facilitate code reviews and promote strong development practices and code quality.
• Ensure functional and performance requirements are met through unit, integration, and other automated testing.
• Use AI tools and platforms to support decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Django or another ORM.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience using AI tools and handling large-scale transactional processing.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work additional or irregular hours when needed.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with GraphQL or Flask.
• Medical claims or payroll accounting experience.
• Experience using Claude Code.
