Senior Manager of Commissioning (Data Centers)

Location: Denver, CO, US; on-site. Requires willingness to travel to project sites up to 50% of the time.

Compensation: $160,000–$195,000 per year plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor Commissioning Managers and Engineers across multiple concurrent projects.
• Oversee commissioning for data center builds, expansions, and retrofits, ensuring schedule, quality, and scope performance.
• Implement commissioning standards, templates, workflows, and continuous improvement practices.
• Coordinate third-party commissioning agents with design, construction, and operations stakeholders from pre-functional testing through turnover.
• Review test procedures, scripts, MOPs, acceptance criteria, and other commissioning documentation.
• Plan and execute integrated systems testing and reliability demonstrations for critical MEP, BMS, and EPMS infrastructure while enforcing safety and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commissioning experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing commissioning teams or programs.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, controls integration, BMS/EPMS, and commissioning best practices.
• Experience managing multiple projects across different design and construction stages.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, OEMs, and third-party commissioning firms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline; strong organizational, communication, detail-oriented, and data-driven execution skills.

• PE license or CxA certification.
