Program Manager (IT)

Location: Onsite at EOIR Headquarters in Falls Church, Virginia; US citizenship required

What you will do

• Lead and manage all activities associated with the government contract.
• Serve as the primary interface for the Government, including the Contracting Officer's Representative and Government Task Managers.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, resource planning, and performance of key personnel and supporting staff.
• Monitor contract performance, schedules, deliverables, staffing levels, quality standards, and security requirements.
• Prepare recurring status reports, executive briefings, and ad hoc reports for the Government.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while coordinating technical, operational, and business teams.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Justice Public Trust Investigation.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Supervisory experience and the ability to lead project and technical management staff.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting the Department of Justice, EOIR, or other federal civilian agencies.
• Experience managing enterprise IT modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with cloud-based and hybrid IT environments.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and ITIL service management practices.
