Program Manager (Cloud/AI)

Location: Bethesda, Maryland, United States. Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day management of complex federal programs, including contract execution, schedules, budgets, compliance, and performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for federal clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Develop program plans, schedules, risk assessments, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Oversee cross-functional delivery teams and ensure technical, functional, and operational requirements are met.
• Support proposals, capture planning, solution shaping, and follow-on business development opportunities.
• Mentor project managers, task leads, and technical staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing government contracts or programs with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance.
• PMP, PgMP, or DAU program management certification.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a federal contracting environment, including IDIQ contracts, task orders, or large-scale federal initiatives.
• Experience with IT modernization, cloud migration, data analytics, or ML/AI projects.
• US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance are required. Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal compliance requirements is also required.
