IT Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives from formal intake through execution, stabilization, closure, and transition to operational ownership.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs involving business process change, software implementations or upgrades, technology deployment, vendor engagement, and organizational transformation.
• Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, risks, budget, and change impacts.
• Manage governance, financial controls, portfolio data, risks, issues, interdependencies, and scope or budget changes.
• Prepare executive readouts, steering committee updates, portfolio reviews, and decision-oriented recommendations for senior and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder adoption, project post-mortems, lessons learned, and improvements to PMO methodologies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent business experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives in a structured governance environment.
• Experience managing both business-led and technology-enabled projects.
• Comfort with Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt the delivery approach to project needs.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders, including executive reporting and portfolio decision-making.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools; MS Project or equivalent is required.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or similarly complex global organization.
