What you will do

• Support the portfolio president with new acquisition transitions and agency start-ups.
• Help agencies improve financial, clinical, cultural, community, and operational results.
• Share business development best practices and support census growth at agency level.
• Advise growing, start-up, and struggling agencies on operations, marketing, branding, and online presence.
• Provide training and direct support to local teams.
• Help identify and develop talent for clinical, executive, business development, and market leadership roles.

Requirements

• Regular attendance on portfolio and market leader calls, at least monthly.
• Participation in market and cluster meetings for supported agencies.
• Regular progress reporting to the portfolio president and executive directors.
• Ability to collate and create business development best practices for new and developing agencies.
