What you will do

• Support the development and execution of Pharmacy Services strategic priorities and annual business objectives.
• Translate business goals into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Coordinate leadership operating rhythms, business reviews, staff meetings, forums, and follow-up on key decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Clinical Services, Revenue Cycle Management, Client Success, Product, Finance, Human Resources, and Health System Services.
• Support organizational communications, change management, business transformation, integration, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis and develop recommendations for the Managing Director and Pharmacy Services leadership team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, consulting, business operations, project management, strategy, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives and presenting to executive audiences.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• For home-based work, a cable broadband or fiber internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmacy services, specialty pharmacy, healthcare operations, or health system services.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, reimbursement, revenue cycle, or clinical service environments.
• Experience with organizational change management or business transformation initiatives.
