Finance Director-US (Industrial)

Location: Hybrid in Glendale, Wisconsin; the posting also lists Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Salary: $131,450–$169,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner strategically with the business unit Vice President by translating operational drivers into financial insights and supporting pricing, investment, and growth decisions.
• Build and scale finance processes, systems, controls, and continuous-improvement capabilities.
• Oversee financial performance of complex projects, including margins, costs, risks, bids, contracts, execution, and revenue recognition.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, KPI management, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash-flow forecasting and working capital, including collections, inventory, payables, and cash conversion.
• Ensure accurate reporting, governance, audit readiness, and alignment with corporate finance policies while developing the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a multinational, industrial, or project-based business.
• Deep knowledge of revenue recognition and project accounting, including over-time recognition.
• Strong experience in FP&A, cash-flow management, and operational finance.
• Experience advising a Vice President or other business leader, with strong leadership and team-development skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

• Active CPA certification.
• Public-company experience with SOX, audit, and governance.
• Experience with OneStream and Navision.
