What you will do

• Participate in or lead High NA and Bonding NTP projects supporting customer transitions to new technology nodes and production ramp-ups.
• Define and drive customer requirements for existing and evaluation products.
• Translate customer on-product issues into lithography or metrology problem statements and resolve application challenges.
• Analyze customer experimental data, identify trends and root causes, and communicate conclusions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify application-product opportunities and prepare technical presentations for customer meetings.
• Learn and apply the hirify.global metrology portfolio to improve scanner and application performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education, skills, and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting photolithography systems, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, or related advanced technology platforms.
• At least 3 years of technical data analysis using MATLAB, Python, JMP, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to analyze complex technical data, identify trends and root causes, and communicate recommendations to technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, interpersonal, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Must be legally authorized to access technology controlled under United States export regulations before starting work.

Nice to have

• Experience troubleshooting complex process, equipment, or applications challenges in a customer-facing or field-support environment.
• Basic project management skills.
