What you will do

• Lead High NA and Bonding NTP projects to support customer transitions to new technology nodes.
• Define and drive customer requirements for existing or evaluation products.
• Resolve on-product issues to help customers maximize the performance and use of hirify.global products.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis using support software to draw correct technical conclusions.
• Collaborate with internal account teams and external customers to maintain commitment and progress.
• Prepare technical presentations and maximize the application of the hirify.global metrology portfolio.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with hirify.global Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis using MATLAB, Python, or JMP.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
