AX PMO Manager (AI Transformation)

Location: Hybrid work from the hirify.global office in Novi, Michigan, or Sunnyvale, California, at least 3 days per week. Travel as needed and flexible working hours may be required due to global infrastructure demands.

Salary: $125,250–$183,700 per year, plus possible additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions.

What you will do

• Establish and maintain governance forums, leadership reviews, planning cycles, and performance review rhythms for the AI Transformation organization.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and portfolio analytics to provide visibility into strategic initiatives and organizational performance.
• Own decision logs, action registers, governance artifacts, risks, dependencies, and escalations across programs.
• Prepare executive- and board-level materials by synthesizing complex portfolio information into concise, actionable insights.
• Lead duplicate-project reviews and portfolio rationalization to identify overlaps, improve resource utilization, and align investments with business priorities.
• Improve portfolio management processes, reporting frameworks, governance practices, data quality, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Senior individual contributor with strong program management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Novi, Michigan, or Sunnyvale, California, hirify.global office at least 3 days per week.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Flexibility with working hours to support global infrastructure demands.
• Experience partnering with leadership, program managers, product teams, business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery teams.
