Associate Construction Project Manager (Transmission Line)

Location: Project-based assignments in Texas and New Mexico, including Albuquerque, Itasca, Midland, and Santa Fe; travel and long-term onsite work required

What you will do

• Assist project managers with planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of transmission line construction projects.
• Track project budgets, costs, labor, productivity, schedules, billing, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with field crews, foremen, subcontractors, engineers, and utility representatives.
• Support material procurement, submittals, equipment tracking, estimating, proposals, and quantity take-offs.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with contract compliance, change management, and agency reporting.
• Provide administrative and project support in active construction site environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–3 years of related experience; transmission line, utility, or heavy civil construction experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite transmission project assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative, adaptability, accountability, and willingness to learn and grow.
