Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics & AI

Location: Hybrid role based at the Raritan, New Jersey site, with Cincinnati, Ohio as an alternate location; up to 20% US domestic travel required.

Salary: $94,000–$151,800 annual base pay, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead commercial analyses covering customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, channel performance, sales impact, and business outcomes.
• Develop commercial data products, semantic data models, KPI calculations, measurement frameworks, and curated datasets for dashboards, reporting, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Generate monthly tactical reporting and behavioral insights across customers, segments, accounts, IDNs, and GPOs.
• Collaborate with Data Science and technology teams to shape conversational analytics and Agentic AI solutions.
• Monitor AI solution performance, validate outputs, troubleshoot issues, and manage ongoing optimization and expansion.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of automated commercial data pipelines and present recommendations to senior commercial leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant business experience, including 3 years of hands-on analytics experience.
• Experience leading commercial analytics in marketing, sales, customer engagement, or related functions.
• Experience in MedTech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with commercial measurement and optimization, KPI development, test-and-learn methods, data products, semantic models, and curated datasets.
• Experience supporting Agentic AI, conversational analytics platforms, AI copilots, AI assistants, or agent-based analytics solutions; SQL or Python experience is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and analytics environments such as Databricks.
• Advanced degree.
