Salary: $230,000 - $280,000

What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing team of managers and analysts focused on subscriber growth and churn reduction.
• Develop the analytics strategy and operating model for the Growth & Commerce product journey.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to prioritize product bets and diagnose customer friction.
• Influence the experimentation roadmap by improving hypothesis quality and statistical rigor.
• Advance AI-enabled and Databricks-based analytics workflows to improve team productivity and self-service capabilities.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear executive narratives to drive business decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product, growth, or commerce analytics in a high-scale digital environment.
• 6+ years of people management experience leading high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen in subscription metrics, LTV, funnel optimization, and monetization.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with SQL, Python, R, and Databricks.
• Deep expertise in A/B testing, causal measurement, and statistical concepts.
• Must be able to work from the New York office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Background in streaming, media, or large-scale subscription marketplaces.
• Experience with advanced measurement techniques like causal inference or quasi-experimental methods.
• Track record of building analytics operating models and metric governance frameworks.
